Exchange

  • Exchange Period: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • How to Request an Exchange: You can request an exchange by messaging us or emailing us.

Refund

  • Returns: We do not offer refunds once the courier has left your door..
  • Package Review: Customers are welcome to open their package and review the items carefully while the courier is at their door to ensure everything is correct.
  • Refused Packages: If the product doesn’t fit or for any reason you choose not to accept the package, the shipping fee must still be paid.
  • Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
