Customer satisfaction is number one priority for us, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund your order :
Customers are welcome to open their package and review the items carefully while the courier is at their door to ensure everything is correct.
Exchange
- Exchange Period: Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date you receive your order.

Refund
- Returns: We do not offer refunds once the courier has left your door..
- Package Review: Customers are welcome to open their package and review the items carefully while the courier is at their door to ensure everything is correct.
- Refused Packages: If the product doesn’t fit or for any reason you choose not to accept the package, the shipping fee must still be paid.
- Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
